SendFlowers.Florist (“we”, “our,” or “the Platform”) is a technology platform that connects customers with independent local florists. We do not own or operate floral shops. All orders are fulfilled by independent florists (“Florists”).

Florists are solely responsible for creating, arranging, and delivering orders. While we strive to match requests, exact flower varieties and containers may vary based on seasonality, availability, and the florist’s creative judgment.

By placing an order, you accept our “Let The Florist Create” policy.

• •Customers pay the arrangement price plus a flat $1.50 sending fee and the card processing cost, each shown as its own line at checkout.
• •Cards are authorised at checkout and charged only when a local florist accepts the order.
• •Payment processing is securely handled by Stripe.
• •Florists receive the full arrangement price, with no platform or card processing deduction, and are responsible for delivery and for any applicable sales tax, reporting, and remittance in their jurisdiction.
• •We do not collect or remit sales tax.

We use Stripe Connect to facilitate secure payments and payouts.

By using our platform, florists agree to Stripe’s Terms and authorize us to initiate payouts to their connected bank account.

We do not store sensitive card information. Stripe is PCI compliant and manages all payment infrastructure.

• •Florists are independent contractors, not employees or agents of SendFlowers.Florist.
• •Florists are responsible for:

  • ,Delivery and timing
  • ,Customer service
  • ,Local laws and business licenses
  • ,Taxes and regulatory compliance

Flowers are a natural product and subject to seasonal and market availability. Florists may make substitutions of equal or greater value while maintaining the overall style, color, and sentiment of the arrangement.

By ordering, you agree that exact replication is not guaranteed.

• •Delivery time windows are estimates provided by the florist.
• •We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, traffic, or events beyond our control.
• •Florists will make reasonable efforts to deliver on the requested date.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact the delivering florist first.

Refunds or resends are handled at the florist’s discretion. We may assist in resolution but are not liable for florist actions or outcomes.

Customers may include video messages or photos. By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to transmit it to the florist for the purpose of fulfilling your order.

Do not include sensitive or confidential information.

You agree not to use our platform for any unlawful purpose or to transmit any content that is abusive, harmful, threatening, defamatory, or infringes on the rights of others.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SendFlowers.Florist is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform or florist services.

We and our florists are not liable for failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, weather, strikes, or government actions.
